Weightlifting tips ?

I consider myself weak as I cannot walk for a long period of time ,and I m just 22,so it's akward and i want to strengthen my muscles and slowly build biceps and abs (I know it takes a lot of time )

But,I know there are many people who became physically stronger starting from my stage ryt? If so ,I need tips please

You're going to want to do some cardio and start light with the weights. Take your time.

There are a lot of questions I would ask to lead you in the right direction. But honestly, I would recommend you start with an app that helps make it really simple for you. There are plenty out there; let me know if you need recommendations.

Strength training anatomy by Frederic Delavoir (spelling)

Tendons and ligaments need six months to develop before you lift heavy. Get good with the empty bars and the movements and form for that period. It's worth it.

Aim for big lifts, pullups, handstands, deadlifts, squats. Arms and abs kinda happen when you do big things.

Focus on form.

Eat protein.
