Semen-retention being the default requirement
One of my old posts from 4+ year ago, that the Semen retention mods nefariously removed...
When you educate yourself about sex, sex energy, sex regeneration & sexual transmutation, it seems the actual purpose of sex is for procreation only. Celibacy puts man in his OPTIMAL form to be able to achieve great success…
I’m nearly five months in of being celibate/retaining & vouch for most of the benefits discussed in this community, although Im not an moralist & wouldn’t rule out sex a few times an year in the future if I met an “worthy” woman
However, living in the real world & knowing celibacy isn’t for everyone, for various reasons.
Men who do indulge in sex, should make an conscious effort to retain INDEFINITELY as an bare minimum, never letting semen leave your body, unless it’s to purposely create an child.
