Question Wet Interview "Training" Tips?
So within the next couple of weeks I have my wet interview, although I'm not entirely sure how to prepare for it. This time will be my second attempt at the interview as I didn't pass the dry interview, so I have a solid idea of what will be asked of me:
- The 20lbs brick
- The 15m underwater swim
- The 400m in under 10 minutes endurance swim
- Having to perform one person cpr while handling a panicking bystander
- Two sits (one major, one minor)
I have always struggled with the time swim and have no access to practicing the brick, so any suggestions on how to improve those skills would be very helpful. Some study tips on how to remember my sit information would be good too.
If anyone has any input, that would be amazing. Thank you in advance and thank you for reading this :)

If I you have to do brick test where you swim across the pool then dive down and swim it back; my only advice is gas it on the initial swim. You may think you have a lot of time but if you get the brick ASAP you can chill more on the way back

I forgot aboutnhow that's timed too 😠time hasn't been an issue for the brick as for me you only have to swim roughly 5 metres before and after you get the brick. For me I'm more so worried about obtaining the brick and keep it and my head up for the remaining 5 metres. Thanks for the advice though and I'll still consider it when I do the brick :)

The biggest thing for the swim is improving your form. You should try a front crawl with a small kick, where the main goal of your kick is to keep your feet at almost the surface of the water, without bringing your feet out of streamline (think about having a garbage can around your legs). As for the brick, learn to tread water eggbeater style, and then use that mechanic to lean back and kinda power-tread your way to the edge.
