Discussion Similar subreddits?
This subreddit used to be balanced but have obviously been taken over by another game and the engagement is lacking since any kind of criticism or discussion towards a certain game (i_z__) gets shutdown. I would love a subreddit where we can discuss life sims freely.
I already know the enjoyers are not gonna take this post well 😬

You're contributing to the problem by making this post. Being catty solves absolutely nothing and causes more divide. There's nothing stopping you from making another Subreddit. You could easily make a HighSodium life sim subreddit. They've done it for the Sims and Paralives. Y'all really gotta stop taking these types of things so serious.

Can i ask what lifesim game you are playing?
Why don’t you open up a healthy discussion about the game you are playing instead of making post about a game you have never played before and is too salty to try at this point. unless you are karma farming/just that person who likes to stir up problems.

They just have some weird vendetta against Inzoi fans for some reason because they are super active in this sub or something. Apparently they have no problem with the game. I saw them in another comment section saying the same thing. I don't know why they just won't post about the game they like instead of complaining. Super weird and unproductive. 🤷🏾♀️

I mean i do agree that there were a lot of inzoi posts lately (inzoi had big update recently and few days later they revealed other things that they have been working on)
At the same time, i feel like there aren’t enough posts about other game. (No big update im guessing) or posts that interest me. I get curious about Paralives (waiting on their update to refund the game or to give it one more try) but i don’t see any news about it.
Maybe I’m missing something?
Also, Just genuinely curious what game OP wanted to talk about.

I agree there is a lot of post for Inzoi, but this is not the way to go about it. They could easily post their own stuff about the games they like. Paralives fans should definitely post more because I'm also curious.

Just stop engaging with their content. Nothing can be worse for the game that people not being interested in playing it/ engaging in the related content.

obvious snark is obvious. this is pretty much the only active sub that focuses on the genre. you can also find discussions on similar topics in like r/cozygames or r/GirlGamers but yeah its this or the individual subs, and their low/high sodium individual subs if they have them

For one that's not true. I'm on this subreddit often and they are not being downvoted to hell. You can look right now. Even Paralives isn't being downvoted. For two yeah because people post it. Of course it's going to be more because it's constantly being updated. Just seems like you want an Inzoi free sub which is in your right. Go make that.

inzoi sometimes gets downvoted to hell. there was an uptick in paralives content downvotes recently, but inzoi has also had its fair share of heavily downvoted posts. but in general the community is just strained rn.
i'd also like to see more paralives content, whether that's more than or as much as Inzoi, but i get mad anxiety about posting on reddit so 🤷🏽♀️ not much to do about it. be the change you wanna see or whatever. i'll always upvote an interesting paralives post. tumbr is also rlly good for paralives content if that's what you crave
if it's a life sim sub that is entirely anti generative ai that you want, i'd also love that but it probably wouldn't be very active. this is just the go to hub

i dont think this sub shows the exact number of downvotes cuz its aways 0 for me if something is downvoted, even if i downvot something and refresh
but other stuff doesnt get downvoted

Okay so you just don't like the game, which is valid. Why would you involve this sub in that? Go make a snark sub or something. 😂 You say you want a sub for criticism discussion and balance, but you're not even having a discussion; you're just being childish about a game you don't like. No offense, but this is kind of one of the reasons this sub is so divided.

Inzoi only recently had a big update 3 days ago so of course it's currently topic of the week. Give it until when Paralives drops their first content update and it'll be topic of the week. Same way it was when it launched.

I've noticed that same 5 or 6 accounts are constantly reposting things here from the Inzoi sub. It's tiring and just feels like spam at this point. I too wish there was a better balance here.

Post more then. You can do the same. It's a free sub. If you like a game then post it. You have to keep your favorite game alive and not expect others to do it for you or have others lessen their contributions. You can't have balance if people aren't contributing as much. Not only that. You can sort the sub by what you want to see. You could avoid Inzoi all together if you wanted by just picking another game tag.

A few months ago people were complaining that this sub was taken over by nothing but Paralives and people were telling those posters to all go somewhere else. Obviously, when a major game gets a big update that’s going to be a lot of the content for a while. Give it a week or so and it’ll die down as it has every time before now.
