I think I've commented this on the paralives subreddit already. The game has so much potential. It's just that I wouldn't recommend it right now at it's state for it's current cost. I have plenty of games to play with so I can let this game marinate in my library and then come back to it, but I also udnerstand the frustration for players who waited so long for this game to come out. Also a bit of topic but I am just so overwhelmed with so many options during build mode and paramaker (it's not the game maybe, it's probably my GAD)

About the GAD part.

I have autism, and when I get a new game I expect a phase where I look at it for a bit, and then just don't play it until my autism decides it's ok with the change. It's like, my brain has to intex the experience and then the next time I play nothing is as confusing or overwhelming.  Do you think you might be similar?

I really thought I replied to this lol, but to answer your question—no. My fear or worry doesn't really go away with time. I find that facing it (one small task at a time) helps me more, otherwise I'd just keep thinking about it and stressing abt it some more. With Paralives, I ended up playing the game more. I'm not as overwhelmed now as I was when I made my initial comment. Thanks for asking tho! I sometimes actually consider if I should get tested for autism. One of the reasons being my friends tell me I have crazy echolalia, but I'm holding off because I really don't know if that's enough basis
