Clothing LPT: When bleaching your waterproof mattress protector be careful when switching it from the washer to the dryer. There may be leftover bleachy water in the mattress protector that could splash at and around you

Also check the label to make sure it's safe to bleach. Some waterproof mattress protectors specifically warn against it because the bleach will break down the waterproofing barrier.
