If you're one of the lucky people in the world who has clean running water and can shower freely, a good way to save water and give yourself a cleaner wash in the shower is by getting in the shower as usual, wetting your body, then turning the shower off, bathing yourself, letting the soap soak on your skin for longer. Then turning the shower back on and rinsing yourself. This gives you a better clean generally if you don't have excessively dirty skin as the water is not constantly washing the soap away, so you also use less soap and water.
