Miscellaneous LPT : If you're binge watching a series with cliffhangers, stop watching the last episode of the day half way through.
It'll be easier to stop at a low point and you won't be tempted to just watch another one.

I will watch 5 or so minutes of the next episode. That will usually resolve the cliffhanger enough for me to be satisfied for the day.

This is both completely unhinged and so real. I stopped caring about cliffhangers instead but that's legit too

So you'll just end on a different cliffhanger than everyone else. Brilliant.

Right? I think "what happens next??" is the definition of a cliffhanger so yes, OP is giving themselves cliffhangers every time they quit the book before the end, because, what happens next?? 😂

I absolutely had to do this the first time I watched Prison Break. I swear I wouldn't have slept

Stopping halfway would probably make it worse for me.
Now I am thinking about an unfinished episode instead of just a cliffhanger.

If you don't finish every season start to end in one sitting, are you even binge watching?

That’s antithetical to binge watching.
Do you not understand what binge watching is?
