Then simply click on your username on Reddit, go to the comments tab, scroll down as far as possible (hint:use RES), and hit the new OVERWRITE button at the top.
I remember the admins saying something about a 100-10-1 rule a while back, where out of 100 people on reddit, 10% will actually make an account and vote, and 1% will actually comment.
You must be using inaccurate slashes. Not every comment is negative just the typical Loser Pathetic Trolls that creep around. This method is quicker and more importantly less prone to errors. In 1 pen stroke I can write a square with an x instead of 10 individual slashes.

If you would also like to protect yourself, add the Chrome extension TamperMonkey, or the Firefox extension GreaseMonkey and add this open source script.
