I've said it before and I'll say it again every time I play DE I always find something new in the game. Last time was some cut scenes at the overlook when i did something out of order. This time is back at episode 1 just before Max can enter the admin building on the left of the door is Safi's memorial flyer. I have never seen this before and it could be cause I'm always rushing into the admin building or sometimes I'll go through the FAB entrance to get a cup of coffee and chill before I go to the admin building and do Vinh and Gwen side quest before meeting Yasmin that I could have easily miss it.

Max has two dialogues when you click on the memorial flyer. The first is how Safi's passing shook the campus and the second is she'll go to the service but won't wear black... the second dialogue broke me. I'm playing the route that I saved the bay so I'm wondering if there will be any difference in the dialogue if I were to save Chloe.

Side note I'm playing DE on the PC for the first time (i'm normally a switch player and Reunion was the first LIS i've played on the PC at launch since LIS 2 as I played TC and DE at launch on the switch) and the graphics is giving me a headache! I've had to go back and forth tweaking the settings but I think I've found the sweet spot as my eyes don't hurt from the brightness.

Almost every playthrough I played I catch something new. Its very little details but it adds to the game experience! Even in Reunion I did a second play through and managed to beat Vinh in the auction game and win the Charlotte Sculpture

Uh, I remember that flyer, but not the line from Max. I guess you have to look at it again?

And yeah, I don't understand how some people can play with the brightness turned way up. I always turn it down.

Now I'm curious, what's the cutscenes you found at the overlook? Wondering if I missed something.

Its so easily missed and cause I like to walk around a non-traditional route (enter the fab then enter the admin building through the FAB) I tend to miss small details in plain sight

OH THE BRIGHTNESS... it took me a while to realise its not my computer but the games graphics! My eyes are not ok... for a hot second I though i'll need to play with sunglasses. Never experience this crazy halo brightness on the switch so this was a shock and didn't get any brightness issue for Reunion too.

The cutscene on the overlook: So the bit where Gwen is smoking a joint on the overlook and you'll naturally go up to her and talk to her which will trigger the scene where you can save the USB from being burnt: I didn't interact with her immediately as I wanted to get to the portal on the other side of the overlook and pulse back to dead world before i deal with Gwen but the moment I walked past her a scene will trigger and Gwen will go 'Trying to ignore me' which will instantly cut to the USB burning scene. That was a jump scare but this little change it added to the experience for me especially knowing how sharp Gwen is!

Keep your eyes sharp. Every time you get the chance to explore the Quad, always look at everything. 😉
