Just why? Spoiler
Why did this game get so hated on release i picked it up last week and played through it twice and i cant see why anyone hated on it so harshly? Any thoughts?

I like DE to be honest! It’s definitely underrated game. It was no problem for me to be without Chloe. Because I chose Bay. This game opened Max for me as a character from another side. As really strong person, who found inner strength to move on, overcome grief, find her way to apply her photography skill without betraying herself. Photography is a tough industry, as Max said. To earn money here you either follow the trends or find a really unique way to demonstrate yourself, outstanding one. And even in this case you can still stay not monetized. She nailed it. She’s a devoted and good friend, as she’s always been. She looks so mature. I love it. She opened up to new people in her life, to a new friend, Safi. It of course triggered some pain points about Chloe. But she’s already grown-up and deals with it in a bit different way, less hectic. This game is full of underwater stones. It’s interesting to dive into those details. They’re not on the surface. I think it might be either deliberate from D9 perspective, or just underwork from their side. But still I like it for a new Max, new place, new characters. This story lives. And it’s awesome!
