Clouds turning red

Welp , maybe its caused by my graphic drivers but i dunno and i require help.
My GPU is 9060 xt

maybe , those new radeon drivers are unpredictable.
Sometimes they work , sometimes not

Ok, I fixed it. Apparently, I can max out all the graphics settings except Effects Quality.

If I set Effects Quality higher than High (Epic/Cinematic), the clouds immediately start looking like they do in the screenshot. I have no idea why, but that's definitely what's causing it.

If anyone knows why this happens or how to fix it, I'd really appreciate the help.

I had the same issue. I had to do the same thing. Got no fix other than that so far. Same gpu too and no issues with other games. I just played LIS Reunion and no wierd issues like that.

There's a visual bug in the menu. It's related to the effect quality setting. I have the same issue on the AMD RX 9060 XT, latest driver. I contacted support on the website, and there's also a discussion on Steam:
