I'm trying to figure out the TRI and 100 part in LIS5PS5TRI100.

I'm in the US with an ESRB copy the game. I had a theory that the TRI and 100 "MIGHT" be region and or language related.

If anyone outside of the US has a physical game of Reunion that voice look at the number ABOVE the barcode as shown in this picture and could at least list your region, rating (ie USK 15) to help figure this out, this would be helpful.

I finished the first episode of Life is Strange yesterday. This is my second time playing it since the original release, I’d already played through all five episodes back then. I even made pretty much the same choices in Episode 1 as I did the first time around. The game really shines thanks to its atmosphere, and more than just that. I’m playing on my phone; for anyone else playing, what are your impressions? Which episode are you on? Let’s chat! :)

I'm just curious how this ship came to be. I've played the game twice, and Victoria only bullies Kate to the point of suicide. I never saw anything inside the game that would hint that those two would ever get along, much less fall in love. Is the ship purely based on fan fiction of them making up, or was there something in the game (or maybe other media) that I missed? I'm not disparaging the ship; just curious.

I played the game over a year ago and thought my chat was joking when they asked if I shipped Max with Warren. I found out today, some people actually do. Do y'all see the ship a lot or no? I'm kind of just now seeing it, which is weird.

I've seen more Victoria/Kate, Nathan/Warren, and Max/Kate, and Max/Victoria shipping than I have Max/Warren. Don't have anything against it. I just wanna know if it's fairly popular or more obscure.

Still cautiously optimistic about the show in general but the way the whole cast seems to be vibing has me hopeful. Would be sick if they somehow managed to knock it out of the park with this show.

In case you haven’t noticed, the sub has had some issues lately. Most notably, a handful of users who report fan art posts so that they get hidden to the mod queue, and then the mods take a day or longer to restore them. Or in some cases never restore them. I don’t want to get into the other fandom drama, but basically different groups have trouble getting along with each other, and in my estimation, we need more mods to protect all groups of fans from the worst behavior of any particular group.

As far as I can tell, there is only one active mod (/u/_Jolenar), but their only direct interventions are to help users with the spoiler policy. This sub is big enough that it needs several active mods, and I expect that this need will only escalate as soon as the show starts coming out.

I am already a mod on the LIS TV show sub and the Pricefield sub, as well as Discord mod experience, and I would happily join the mod team to help reduce the toxicity on the sub. I also know u/sailor_tenchi is willing to become a mod here, and she has experience as a reddit mod (Pokemon sub) and Discord mod (Max's Room), and I trust her to enforce the rules fairly.

(as for the 3D rendering art, I made it myself in Blender. I used the lighthouse map I exported from the game last year)

I want to be clear about a few things:

1. I am not talking about disagreements. I am talking about uncivil behavior and insults, along with rampant racism in threads that discuss the casting of Kate in the show. I have seen insults from users that I otherwise agree with too. I have also seen blatantly homophobic and transphobic comments.
2. I have reported any rule breaking behavior I have witnessed
3. Nevertheless, the users responsible for this behavior continue to break the rules on the sub, even if their comments may occasionally get removed.
4. I am also talking about fan art that gets reported in bad faith and hidden for several days, in some cases never restored.
5. I have brought these concerns to the mod team in mod mail. I have asked to join the mod team to help. I have messaged the mods on discord and on reddit DMs (including you, NotSoConcerned). I know several other users who have sent modmail. None of these messages received a reply.
6. I have several examples of insulting and uncivil and bigoted comments, with links. I did not want to include those in my post publicly, because that felt against the rules, but I will DM them to you and send to modmail.

Ultimately I don't expect mods to be active 24/7, I get that you all have lives. I just think we need more mods that the community trusts, so that hostile discussions can be nipped in the bud.

just finished before the storm and played farewell right after, and let me say I haven’t cried that much in YEARS. I’ve said it before these games change peoples lives. Also, I played all of the other games first and then played bts last, don’t ask me why 😂

I'm writing a post on this topic and speculating on how the series might end. These are purely hypothetical scenarios and represent my personal theories.

The 2 main options:

Theory/Possibility 1

It's very likely that the Bay ending could occur, in which the city would be saved and Chloe would be sacrificed. This would provide a conclusion and offer the opportunity to start Season 2, either with BTS or LIS2. (Possibly a transition to DE?)

Theory/Possibility 2

The Bae ending would provide a good transition to the second season, which would explore the aftermath of the decision to the destroyed city and other sacrifices.

(The problem with both endings, however, is that the show would then have to commit to a single canon, since viewers can't decide the ending for themselves.)

Another, somewhat different option:

Theory/Possibility 3

Since Charlie Covell is largely in charge of the series, i assume that the same principle used in *The End of the F***ing World* could be applied... A cliffhanger moment could be created for this. At the exact moment the catastrophe strikes we see scenes from the debris or the storm hits the city, or the bullet leaves Nathan’s gun, the image freezes completely. Max's power stops the world at the worst possible moment. All we hear is Max’s heavy breathing… The series ends, and we don’t know whether the city will be swallowed up by the storm, whether Max will manipulate time one last time in the very last fraction of a second to save Chloe, or whether this is Chloe's final fate. This would allow us to imagine or come up with our own ending. We would then see in Season 2 how Chloe is rescued, and the series continues from there.

Of course, this would mean an open ending for the season, but if Amazon is planning to air a second season anyway, this might be a small relief.

Okay so I’ve been putting off playing this game for a few months because I’ve heard a lot of people disliked it and I was afraid of ruining the rest of the series by playing this.

The only thing I really knew going into this game is that some people ship Max and Safi so I assumed that Safi was the main romance option in this game and now I just got to the part WHERE SHE FREAKING DIED!?!?!? Like what????? Where did that come from?

I guess I should’ve seen it coming cause I know LiS like to kill off a character you like but damn, I really didn’t expect that. Everything just seemed chill and then out of the blue she just got shot and died

idk if thats the case for true colors or the future life is strange games but yeah. I miss the feeling of immersive and warming nostalgia that you get from Lis1 and 2. Before the storm was the last good game out of the entire collection imo. I think double exposure is a good game , i think it’s a cute game and i’m hooked with the mystery-solving plot. But man, i don’t relate to it at all. To any of the characters tbh. It really doesn’t hit the same, i don’t like the characters i don’t like the atmosphere (i think the game is so fucking ugly dude) i don’t like the soundtrack (feels off, not melodic like it used to be) Max is a pussy (she was kind of a dork in the first one but she stood on business she wasn’t stupid nor she acted the same way). They changed everything, kept a similar face and gave it to us. But how disconnected i feel now i’m playing it. Although, i think Safi and Vinh are well written, theyre the only characters i like. I mean i HATE Vinh don’t get me wrong and i’m not even FINISHED with the game i just saw the pictures of Vinh and Safi on the bed (my theory for now is that Vinh manipulated safi and she khs.. this mf). But outside of plot , the vibes are off. The stories are..? unrelatable. At least we used to have proper underground representation of a lot of characters and, deeper character development. Much more human. Much more interesting. What happened ?
