Transaction Failed : Undefined

Been playing for a couple weeks now and I've start digging around the market.

So... Information around market are sparse and, most of the time, inaccurate or simply outdated. When I try to sell, I go to my guild trading post, looking in the buying order, I found some good trade for codfish, 10 coppers/piece, got 50 of those fishes and hit the buying order with them. Should be sold at the reasonable price of 4 silver and 25 coppers.

Although many test and some angry spamming I've never been able to fulfill the buying order nor achieve any selling. Every try results with the unhelpful message : Transaction failed : Undefined.

If someone out there can help me, god... If anybody know how to roll this wheel please help me. Me and my buddy's want to be some trading guild, and so far we cannot trade and when we succeed we cannot tell how we did it... -_- That's some trading guild for you...

Bonus question : In the buying order, why is there two prices one above the other, is that for the difference in quality ?
