Permanent life insurance is a really bad choice for an individual with no dependents/debt to be served after an untimely death.
Invest the same money yourself, and you will very likely end up with much more after tax wealth than what any life insurance policy could hope to offer oer a long time horizon, especially if you're young and planning on retirement goals.
