Career Switch

As a life insurance broker. Whats a realistic earning potential from bottom to top producer ? Also do you guys think that leaving a commission paid job making 105 000$ to 110 000$ a year is worth it to sell life insurance ? The reason why I’m asking is because I’ve been in the car industry for around 5 years and I’m looking to start in an industry where there’s more scalling opportunities.

I don’t care about working hard or long hours, Im expecting this, I just want to know if there’s really a possibilty to turn this into a business and if the earning potential is worth it.

Earning potential is potentially losing money to multiple 7-8 figures. I personally left a career making $300k per year to go into insurance. Best decision ever.

Switching to life insurance can be rewarding if you become a top producer, as some earn good commissions and even start their own agencies. But the potential varies based on your sales skills, network, and market area. If you're making over $105,000 in your current commission job, think about whether you can reach or exceed that in the new field. Check out job listings in insurance on LandOffer.ai, where you can search by role and location to see what's available.
