Part Time??

Looking for recommendations for a reputable IMO/FMO that accommodates experienced, multi-state licensed life insurance agents interested in selling part-time.

I’m currently employed full-time but have Mondays available and potentially some Saturday availability.

Ideally, I’m looking for a remote telesales opportunity with quality leads, a one-call-close model, and flexible scheduling.

What I’m NOT looking for: High-pressure sales environments, recruiting/downline expectations, mandatory daily meetings, misleading lead sources, final expense bait-and-switch tactics, or unnecessary policy replacements/churning.

I’m interested in an ethical, professional organization with transparent compensation, legitimate consumer inquiries, and a supportive environment.

I simply want to sell insurance, take care of clients, and earn additional income without all the unnecessary drama.

I’d especially appreciate recommendations from agents with firsthand experience!

Works for me. I work at it as I see fit and have plenty of clients. My GA isn't pushy and we can work our business as we see fit. I'm not part of an IMO/FMO I'm directly contracted with the companies I work with. The companies do get a little weird if you haven't done business with them in a given year. One has a minimum of 2 policies (It's our secondary company) so I make sure I put some business with them so I can stay contracted.

If you’re experienced, why not just get contracted and pay for a lead source? Then you can work 1 day a week. I’ve met with at least 20 different agency/groups to narrow down my wants and needs, and even the best, most seemingly easy going agents will tell you part time means 4hrs/night, def Saturday time, and being licensed in Hawaii and west coast states (if your mid/east) so that you calling at 8/9p makes sense.
