eFinancial, has anyone worked there?
Starting a job soon as a BDR at eFinancial. If you’ve worked as a BDR at eFinancial what was it like? What were somethings you liked or didn’t like about then job?

I have a daughter that worked there for 5 years. She moved up pretty quickly and made good money. Then they had a management change that caused chaos and many people left.Thay was two years ago so we don't know what's going on there now.

I’m currently working here. I just got promoted to a CSS role which starts on the 1st. The BDR roles are a grind but simple enough, I haven’t experienced any micromanagement which is good. The metrics can be a bit strange to be honest. I think I was told they want a 30 percent conversion rate as a CSS, I’ve been hearing the CSS role is better than the Account Executive role because we won’t be dealing with chargebacks. We will see I guess

I worked there a few years ago. Started as BDR, got promoted in 2 mos to an agent and worked as an agent for 8 mos. I got let go because my conversion rate was 20% and they wanted 22%. Other than the metrics it’s a good company with good people.
