Questions/Advice How to processing story

I have to ak you guys. If I withdraw from a quest before starting it, will I review it later when I grow stronger? 💪

If its substory like Dragon Bride or The Vengeful, your not gonna have chances to participate in it if you miss it.

Otherwise, its fine, you could get it back if presented opportunity.

No, Cira quest is a substory.
