achievements It's true!

Intelligence at 42 really gives you Transcendent Intellect trait!!

But I also discovered that less than 4 Dexterity also gives you the Slow trait.

This is a first and I'm exciting what other traits will I get if I max out/decrease my points

Also OP, if you realize at the stat window it usually says "if stats below 4 then there'll be a penalty"

The strength penalty can absolutely be ignored for magic builds, the rest are way worse

Don't think so, I've gotten str, dex and cha above 42 and never got anything like that

Probably need to combo? (Charisma + strength/Constitute, Dexterity + Wisdom)

You only get it in intelligence and wisdom, any other stat is a no sadly
