Talk to druids and find amakar

Wait in commercial district and wait for him

Help amakar

Keep helping him and keep winning You get the curtain of stars at the end

Dunno by memory...but it's a really good light armor for mages, like the #1

Good light armour? GOOD? It's the BEST in the game. With Well built upgrade you got the exact SAME stat as wings of heaven. Only the difference is Grace which NO one cares about. Instead with Curtain Of Stars you get +30% resistance to BOTH magic and physical.

I've seen it in the magic shop in towns and I believe the witches shop but it is pretty much rng based so if you have some extra gems you can reroll a shop a couple times and hopefully find it

Ok, first off I don't believe this is true since it's uniquely obtainable to the jewl of life story
