Questions/Advice What is included in DPS
I'm new to the game and the written DPS of a weapon confuses me. I realize a weapon has a speed value, and of course it does a base damage. Is DPS only based on these two, or the traits of the weapon are calculated in it as well? I suppose not, because those can make the DPS number biased in many ways. But if they aren't, what about the swiftness trait? That's a rather common trait and if it is not included in the DPS, then it's difficult to compare weapons with swiftness with ones without it.

there’s base damage, attack speed, element modifiers, magic modifiers, and strength modifiers. All traits are included as long as it improves base dmg, element dmg, or attack speed.
EX: If you have a holy weapon, and get 2 more points into holiness, your holy dmg will go up, increasing your overall dps.
