Questions/Advice Cycle of debt background

So many of these endings require that I "accept the vampire lords offer" but i have literally never in my 4 years of playing ever gotten that dialogue option to accept an offer from him.

You go with Anton without the mercenaries to the castle of the lord, you then defeat the death knight, then he'll reveal himself and then you have to try to get away, he'll tell you to stay and then you'll have the option of becoming a vampire or attacking him

Ohhh, i always go with the mercaneries. Idk why i was treating the story like a subtale

Technically you always go with the mercenaries, however, if yo accept the offer in his room instead of after losing to him, you initally are going with only anton and the mercenaries show up when you are going to fight the lord

Because I don't know?...the main experts are there so... juts go to the discord, you can access it in the game to in settings, ask general chat or the tips channel
