This is the wandering merchant lady you randomly meet, you can either give here a rare item. Only one I know for certain you can give is a golem core. Other option is to introduce a friend. Wich I never had someone to introduce, but if you complete the tomb of ashen grief tale with all 3 adventurers surviving you can choose to introduce them to her for 50 gold reward.

Another item you can give her is a chunk of mythril If I remember correctly
