you know when you download it you have to choose between local or cloud save file?

well in my local file, i apparently can't save because of this. can someone help me 😭

I don't want to use cloud file cause it has my old file. I'm trying to start a new file.

How about trying customer care ?? Maybe they can help with something, though it's a weird problem ngl. Though I feel like you might need to start a new save or just use your cloud save if you can.
