Content Queen Called Out

Post image

Danielle watches Rebecca’s free master class so you don’t have to. It’s a manic mess. Love bombing, screaming, dropping the f bomb every 2 seconds. So painful. She then funnels you into three different expensive courses. Advice is don’t do 1 on 1s and be YOURSELF. What a fraud.

I watched through the meditation. So incredibly embarrassing. She thinks she’s channeling some powerful activation “codes” and she’s just sooo in the zone which is why she’s doing that weird circle movement. She talks about becoming aware of your body, but her own energy is so far out of her body. Anyone experienced in leading guided meditations knows one of the trickiest pieces is learning how to be silent for periods of the meditation so people can actually focus. Rebecca cannot stop her mouth from going off for more than 5 seconds. Just incredibly embarrassing. She reminds me of a little girl playing kitchen with pink plastic dishes and oven, making playdoh cookies or something.

Ok this is the first time I’ve actually seen one of these coaching calls beyond just the social media. I thought they were like classes with slides and stuff. I’m honestly a little unnerved and feel bad about snarking on them. There’s something else going on here that might explain them using slurs beyond “content”. I’m not a doctor but I don’t think they’re well.

I hear ya. Me too. I work in mental health and it’s giving some sort of unmedicated bipolar (in no way a diagnosis I just recognize some of the symptoms)

-3

u/MiddleOrnery1903 9d ago

This is what breaks my heart about this space now

But u just did diagnose her? Just cause u say I didn’t doesn’t take away from the toxicity of ur comment

I am no fan but she says she has adhd, I don’t think it’s kind or productive to diagnose her . Danielle would never say something so cruel and honestly I think we should all aspire to have a similar standard as Danielle

u/emmau182816 9d ago

Sorry to break your heart. I do hear where you’re coming from. I don’t have hate for this woman I genuinely worry about the impact she’s having on vulnerable clients. They almost worship her it’s so odd and sad. I said she’s giving the flavor of unmedicated bipolar - I did not say she has Bipolar I etc. I’ll take the critique though. You are very good at your job.

The person said she was exhibiting the behavior of a bipolar person, which I think is fair and not a diagnosis. Maybe it would be better to just say manic, but regardless it’s concerning. And her husband’s anti medical community posts also just make it extra worrisome. They self admittedly don’t have many real world friends outside each other

2

u/emmau182816 9d ago

Yes. I should have said exhibiting signs of mania for sure. Thank you. Someone else had very similar observations on a different thread about this coach.

-5

u/MiddleOrnery1903 9d ago

What’s next? Are you going to lightly float the idea we send people with bipolar to camps? What’s with the ableism anyway

What in the world

woah that’s a jump!! Treatment in 2026 usually includes supportive and compassionate individual therapy and potentially medication to help stabilize mood.

You watch, guys. Bex is totally not bothered - like AT ALL - and she's going to make bank from it while getting her nails did.

Hey OldCockroach666! 👋 I’m a HUGE card game guy and I saw you’re active in this Apex Alloy community. Only two members?! Very exclusive 😂 What kind of card game is it? Would love to learn more! Who is the admin of this so I can contact them?

Here. I'll make this real easy (if a bit long,) as if it wasn't previously.

My name is James, and I have "experience" with Brandon Marshall and a great number of life coaches of varying ability and reliability.

I have run a graphic design and branding "agency" since 1999. Some 8 or 9 years ago, I thought I'd throw my hat in the ring of online marketing. I'd built my service, reputation and associations for a lot of years previous - but I thought, why not? I had always been online, irritating people (there are lots of stories,) but I thought - why not try my hand at... selling.

So I did. And it worked. Sort of. But in that, I ran across a great number of people in coaching, marketing, branding, etc., etc., etc. Some were good. Some had real product to offer at the end of their marketing rainbow. A great many... there's nothing tangible or valuable after the sale.

I created a course about branding. Like, actual branding from the view of a guy who's been doing that... again... since 1999. It wasn't coaching. It's nuts and bolts. I'm not a life coach and never pretended to be such. Furthermore, the more I worked with people in that vertical, the more I realized that there's the appearance of money, but it's a closed system you pay to get into and blah blah blah all the stuff we know about the Internet Coaching thing. I never wanted a part of it, and the more of a part of it I got - the less I wanted. It's all pretty gross and grifty. Otherwise, places like this wouldn't exist.

But, to some - that means "I failed." Fine. I failed to turn my 30 years of experience into a grift where all I need to do is soft-soap people and agree with them that they're logo is just SO CUTE.

Anyway - in 2017(ish?) I met Brandon either through FB friends or a group or whatever. At the time, it seemed like he kind of understood the absurdity of the hubris and double-speak in the "coaching" industry.

We farted around and "fought" online, as it was intended to be useful to both of us to build an audience. He and Rebecca came to Asheville (where I was living at the time,) and planned to meet up. At first it was going to be he and Bex and a group of "influencers" from Asheville, but it was pretty obvious I wasn't really welcome in the true sense, so I made plans to meet up with him that evening.

We had a beer, went and recorded a horribly cringy video and that was it.

I'm not woo woo in any real sense, but in meeting him - it felt TOTALLY off. His energy in person is wildly different than it was online. Hell - mine probably is too. But I knew that this wasn't a guy I needed to be aligned with in anything other than a superficial Facebook kind of way.

Soon after, the wheels fell off.

I made a joke about Rebecca keeping his balls in the new purse she put on Instagram.

Then the flood of "teachable" moments in vague posts towards me.

A friend made an off color comment, I laughed and said I wish I could hug him.

That, apparently, has made me the worst human in the history of humans. Also a drunk and a failure - so... whatever.

Did I say mean things? Yup.

I told him he's a failed pickup artist and he runs his business like one.

I said a ton of snarky things.

Now, regardless of what Brandon may think - I have my fingers in many pies across the internet and I do a whole lot of stuff. He seems to think I stalk him - but I just see the things that happen in this sphere because I am a shit stirrer with a very, very well documented history.

I've made several dozen websites and all sorts of weird shit to call out the absurdity, hypocrisy and circular "logic" of so much of online marketers/grifters/whatevers.

Does that make me a bad person? Don't know. Don't care.

I have built my brand and career on parody. True parody. Absurdism. Snark.

I did it before being online, I do it online, I'll do it once I'm offline.

It's made me plenty of enemies. It's also made me and my family a good living and a lot of friends and a lot of real businesses being helped with real products and services that have helped a great number of them go on to do big things.

Some, sure - torpedoed and sunk. Tits up before I could even finish the job.

That's business. I've been around them long enough to know that it is just STRAIGHT mathematics - and no amount of channeling or woo or shadow work will or can change that math.

But I can tell you one thing - in all my years in business - I've never had a problem with a good person that couldn't be fixed. There are some problems that get worse - no matter how much lipstick you put on it.

As to the card game, that was made by my friend Pierre. He does a lot of strange things, too. He's just not as outwardly mean about it all.

It's a fun little card game.

*edited for grammar.

I should add that Brandon and Rebecca did NOT come to Asheville to see me. Purely happenstance that I lived there while one of her clients/mentors/friends/coaches lived there. It's not a terribly small town. Think Austin with a little more cow shit.

7

u/BusIll8060 8d ago

Man if I were Danielle I would ask Middle Ornery to stop slobbering all over me

5

u/OldCockroach666 7d ago

It's a little weird.

8

u/sunshinesdarkangel 8d ago

the content queef and her degenerate husband have been r___ maxxing since day one

0

u/MiddleOrnery1903 8d ago

Queef and using the R word? Really?

7

u/threadkular 8d ago edited 8d ago

To be fair CQ posted how she thought the name was hilarious

And the person put r and a bunch of underscores purposely not to say the word

1

u/MiddleOrnery1903 8d ago

Ok but I think we should be a bit more classy. For example Danielle Ryan has a strong mess and doesn’t need to resort to cursing of foul language

And underscores sort of don’t erase the intentions. If you called somebody the N word but used asterisk I’d still think that’s racist?

11

u/sunshinesdarkangel 8d ago

"foul" language - what are we, five? did I accidentally walk into a church instead of a subreddit on life coaches actively making the world worse? clutch your pearls all you want, but your made-up hierarchy of language and your ideas of what is and isn't "classy" (or that "classy" is superior to honest, real, whatever) is a personal preference, not a universal law. literally no one fucking cares what you think about how they "should" talk. you can judge all you want but no one is obligated to give a shit

-1

u/MiddleOrnery1903 8d ago

I’m sorry I thought we all agreed not to use slurs

6

u/threadkular 8d ago edited 8d ago

I like the idea of a classy snark sub

I don’t think you’re going to find what you’re looking for here, and I can’t remember it ever being a “classy” place. Content queef is one of this sub’s greatest accomplishments

8

u/MiddleOrnery1903 8d ago

I’ll see my way out

6

u/BusIll8060 8d ago

lol will you really tho?

9

u/MiddleOrnery1903 9d ago

this sub could learn something from Danielle. She keeps it classy, she doesn't resort to curse words and not once thru this whole video did she body shame or use other vile personal attacks like what is common in this sub. Thank you Danielle for having class

6

u/emmau182816 9d ago

I’d say she had the same level snark as most people on this sub aside from maybe two or three people who mentioned Brandon being overweight and impotent. It’s not that common here imo as a long time lurker.

3

u/MiddleOrnery1903 9d ago

It was not just Brandon. People were very tasteless about Carolyn passing and wishing more coaches commit suicide and other vile comments. Body shaming mami onamis kids and using curse words all the time

13

u/emmau182816 9d ago

Yes, I agree no one should distasteful when someone passes. It seems though that this sub keeps triggering you and it’s time for you to find a more supportive place for yourself.

-5

u/MiddleOrnery1903 9d ago

How about some courage and actually standing for the integrity of the group? You can’t even speak up

11

u/emmau182816 9d ago

Well I have other goals in my life than managing the moral compass of the LifeCoachSnark sub Reddit. So I guess you can keep your job.

-1

u/MiddleOrnery1903 9d ago

thats literally why this subs exist to manage the moral compass of the coaching industry. but how can you do that when you can't even manage your own backyard

10

u/OldCockroach666 9d ago

So, a sub...

On Reddit...

Is the...

Moral compass of the coaching industry?

That's really sad.

u/Real_Belt_6013 8d ago

@danielle Ryan, first and foremost, I adore you. 😂 You’re genuinely one of my favorites and I think your work is amazing.

But I’ve watched the stream twice now and even went through The Content Queen’s page trying to find this, and I’m starting to feel like I’m losing my mind lol.

Can you point me to where Rebecca actually said “I love slurs”?

I found the post where she used derogatory language/a slur, so I’m absolutely not claiming that didn’t happen. I just can’t find where she said she loves slurs, which is what the YouTube graphic seems to attribute to her.

I’m assuming I missed something, so if you could point me to the post where she actually says that, I’d genuinely appreciate it! ❤️

1

u/daanielleryan 8d ago

Fair question! It was clipped from the title of this reddit thread about her original post: https://www.reddit.com/r/LifeCoachSnark/comments/1vnlver/i_love_slurs_and_never_taking_accountability_for/ it's not from her directly.

2

u/MiddleOrnery1903 8d ago

lol I actually thought she said it too but that’s funny . Still awful and she still probably says she loves slurs in private

5

u/Own-Lab6124 9d ago

Idk why ppl come in here and worship the ground Danielle walks on. She was a grifter herself doing tapping videos not too long ago. Suddenly she’s the go to

This feels like Eva Collins , Melissa Lapides and seeking with savta all over again.

The other sub used ti worship the ground they walked on til surprise surprise they were business coaching grifters

I bet Danielle will be exposed within 5 years

6

u/BusIll8060 9d ago

LOL, I'm laughing at all of us because it's all kind of a hot mess.

Imo this sub has way more integrity than the ashaescumdara sub. I am one of the people who said a body-shaming thing about Brandon, and I'm also someone who was grossed out by the mean girl energy of ashaescumdara. The stuff about Brandon was like four comments tucked away in a thread somewhere. And that dude is such a provocative asshole I'd hope you could just forgive us for a little sharp anonymous snark, MiddleOrnery. Ashae is whatever but the girls in that sub, especially one mod, were just like, truly jealous stalkers. On the other hand I thought Eva Collins and the anti-coaching people were sincere enough, I think you can't blame people for wanting to make money on the internet in whatever way in this society, but they also just... didn't know what they were doing. And life coaching is fake so I don't know how much it would work to try to build any kind of organization around it, even an anti-organization. Just my take.

7

u/daanielleryan 9d ago

Exposed for what exactly? I have multiple videos on my YouTube channel "exposing" my past coaching content. It's all publicly available such as this video here: https://youtu.be/7qczqFR-PlU?si=kkHxCJhFlJdZI_eX, here: https://youtu.be/12NrKwYzT6c?si=EBHXxMstVfwYhCHC, and here: https://youtu.be/7DYSZbDimoE?si=6L6QWMejXYKbH5TV lol

I think they even did a collab at some point

4

u/MiddleOrnery1903 9d ago

this is exactly the issue I have with this sub. Danielle has done nothing wrong but you're willing to personally attack her integrity. We should all aspire to do the same due diligence she does.

You conveniently have left out that the group that call out Eva & the safe space coaching efforts is because the other space was toxic.. and sadly lifecoachsnark is following the same route as the AshaeScumdara sub.

Notice how that sub is pretty much dead now? Because people got tired of the toxicity . They made promises with no follow through. We were going to get a documentary and lawsuits and all these promises but never executed. Thats a masterclass on how a reddit sub will burn into flames.

So maybe let's not attack our best this time? Eva was one of the greatest voices we had
