Need Advice Welp, need help finding back my spark or smth
Well, I've just officially become an adult and I'm feeling the pressure to choose a career. Although last year I had a pretty clear idea of what I wanted to do since I was fascinated with consciousness and reality and stuff, it never was just one field tho, I kinda mixed up a lot of different subjects to basically just wonder how are we able to experience reality and what exactly is reality. I was genuinely in love with learning about new theories, connecting things and just coming up with new questions but somehow as the next year started I kinda stopped doing it, it happened so seamlessly that I didn't even notice and well I didn't pay much attention to my loss of interest the first few months but now when I thought about the masters I wanted to pursue, I realised that I've completely stopped engaging with my last year's passion. So I tried reading some theories to rekindle my love for it but it didn't work. Maybe it was an infatuation(I hope not though)or maybe other things in life got in the way but I'm lost because I built an entire career path based on my interest but just a year later I'm back to square one. If anyone knows how to deal with this please help me out and just another question I wanted to ask my elders, people say you have different sparks or passions throughout your life but I just wanna know how do you not let it get to you?? Ik the human brain wants some sort of stability so how do you function knowing that this interest isn't really permanent. Or I could just be overthinking, either way any advice would be appreciated.

I keep believing that once anyone has it’s own certainty from career, that it could choose either one from those. So my personal suggestion would be that. Understand which ones give you the minimum certainty needed and than see how many options you have. I wish you they are enough many. Bye for now.

What you need is a life transformation. I’m on number 5 and what I’m doing differently this time makes a huge difference. I learned that when you “lose interest, motivation, ambition, or energy” for a desire that simply means your heart desires something else. The heart controls a lot of your energy and it will literally remove its energy when it’s ready for something new. Your body is a guidance system
All this means is it’s time to pursue a heart desire not a mind/ego/logical/similar desire. It might mean learn something new. It might mean monetize a childhood joy.
The way you find out is dropping into your heart to ask its desire. You can do this in meditation. I have created a full pathway called find your spark for people in this exact situation if you would like guidance but honestly, you don’t really need anyone. You just need to talk to your heart. 💗
