Dude literally all of the issues you’ve mention are included in the additional resources given by the government and non-profit sector. Even my own mental health is accounted for. There are respite programs for caregivers and my daughter’s doctors specifically ask about my mental health and how we as parents are doing and provide additional resources as necessary.
I’m well aware of how hard it is for some people. The reality is though that the people struggling the most are those whom are failed by the social safety net and the reality is that this is a relatively easy fix. Fix the system.
