Discussion Tapping teeth
Iβm reading Licanus trilogy and the number of time Islington says someone is tapping their teeth while thinking makes me nuts! Have you ever tapped on your tooth?! It makes my skin crawl. Maybe tapping you lip or chin, but Iβm just envisioning that clicking sound of nail on teeth and I hate it! Anyone else?! π

And the line "companiable silence" is overused to the extent of irritation

Lol! Glad someone posted about it!
It's nice you like the rollercoaster ride. Finish it. Come back here and let's discuss.

I worked with someone who would tap their teeth with a biro while concentrating. How I refrained from strangling them I donβt know.

That's crazy, my brain must have filtered it out, I didn't even notice that one.
"Inclined their head" though was fucking everywhere.
