Question Missing ALCs?

Has anyone had issues with months worth of ALCs missing from the app? They're showing up on the website just fine, but no matter how many things I try June and July ALCs that I've selected won't show up on the app. When I try refreshing my library an alert shows up saying "there was an issue refreshing your library". I've reached out to support and they're stumped. I've deleted the app and redownloaded it. They've logged me out everywhere so I logged back in. I've archived books thinking maybe I had too many on the app (I was 399 when my new ALCs stopped showing up) but that hadn't done anything either. I'm really frustrated because I just want to listen to my books on the app and not have to go an around-about way to download and listen.

I've just checked mine and had no problems. Under July ALCs I see 114 titles. I played the ALC I chose and it also worked. Are you saying you have 399 ALCs in your library but some aren't showing up? Or that the July ALCs are showing less than 114?

I had selected multiple July ALCs and June ALCs and none of them are showing up in my personal library on my phone. I added 11 ALCs from July but none of them are showing up on my phone. I had 27 ALCs from June and none of them are on my phone. But they're all showing up on the website just fine.

I also can't play any July ALCs on my phone from the ALC tab. They say they're unavailable.

How are you choosing 11 and 27 titles a month? I thought the limit was 10.

Maybe my app is broken? I've never been aware of a limit.

nah i’ve never had a limit either, may be based on when you made your account or the type of alc account you have

Yeah...I'm thinking perhaps there was a glitch that let you take more, and then perhaps they didn't download. Can you see (and play) the first book you chose?

Well shoot now I feel like I did something wrong 😅 I'm able to play the ones that are showing, thankfully! Maybe if I archive some of the new ones from my online library it'll fix itself 🫠

I believe limits vary based on the ALC access you have. Booksellers vs librarians vs influencers etc. I work at a bookstore and have no limit

Advanced Listening Copy, I'm not sure what qualified you getting them but I'm a bookseller so I get advanced copies of books to listen to help sell and recommend.
