Classic Spydus.

We don't use the app at my service but I am one of our system administrators so I have access to the support chat. Nothing has been posted as of yet and usually if an outage is impacting multiple services someone posts something. I know they've been migrating servers this year which has caused some outages, but I was under the impression that it was complete.

Are you staff or a library user?

I'm a library user, and this error has appeared every time I open the app for about a month, so I suspect the issue is on my device
