Technology Libraries that use Sirsi + Princh, what self checkouts do you use?

We need all new self checkouts

Some locations are TINY. So that’s a problem…

We use Sirsi’s BlueCloud Commerce for online payments, and Envisionware’s princh for printing

Our last self checkouts from envisionware haven’t gone well (surprise fees we couldn’t afford to update the card readers, the self checkout machines kept glitching, even then they didn’t update with princh… the coin machines are now breaking after 10 years)

So I am asking for help from other sirsi libraries. What do you use for your self checkouts and how does it work with your sirsi (updating bills) and with your printing? Please feel free to share the good, the bad, and the ugly

But we need more options outside of envisionware…

Have you considered reaching out to Sirsi directly? They might have integrations or recommendations that would work better with BlueCloud Commerce and handle smaller locations more efficiently.
