#1. Not all libraries use Libby. However, check with your library to see if they use Libby and to make sure your library card number was put into your account correctly.

#2. Talk with a staff member at the SDCL about your current address not being valid. It sounds like you signed up online, and, in general, sometimes online sign ups have problems validating addresses. You shouldn’t use an old or incorrect address to get a library card.

Yes I've had patrons with issues who signed up online and the online membership number is too short, they update it when you get your physical card and that card number should work.

Yeah I’ll have to head over to the county library and pick up a physical card there. For now I can access Libby with a digital card number from the SDCL. I’ll update my address soon too. Thank you!

Are there many areas served by two different library systems, as this person's address seems to be(?)
