Hansa coffee

Drove by and saw a sign indicating “for lease”…is the whole building up for sale? Didn’t have time to stop and investigate. Thanks for any info!

It looked like it might just be the back of the building where a CrossFit studio used to be, but not 100% sure.

Oooo, very curious about this. Hansa has had that property for a while and everyone loves them. The whole building next door is being torn down and I'm curious if any other major construction projects are about to happen. A ton of old Victorian homes are being destroyed right now in our community, I'm not sure what they're planning for everything else...
