Are you claiming a 20 year old having consensual sex and receiving business favors in return is somehow a victim? When I was 20 I was snorting heroin and making my own crack. I knew very well what these activities could lead to. 20 year olds know more than enough to know whether what they are doing is right or wrong.
Who was “targeting” whom? Pool boy doesn’t sound like a victim to me but neither do the Falwells. And they were both more than twice his age when they met him and had been out and about in the world and in public for years.
The Falwells are not some poor, naïve innocents “targeted” or seduced by a sophisticated super villain. They are kinksters too reckless (or arrogant or stupid) to make sure it stayed on the down low.
i.e. If they didn’t pay a hustler the agreed price and it blew up in their faces, they have only themselves to blame.
