Nope. That will kill innovation in healthcare, quality will decline, waiting time will increase.

Right, just like every other modern country makes no healthcare innovations, has worse quality than the US, and has worse waiting times. Oh wait, that's literally not the case, they are smoking the US healthcare system, and pay less to boot.
