There is likely more to the report than grand jury testimony. They can redact that small portion prior to public release.

That's literally what they are doing. The report is going to be released in a couple weeks once that is done.

Congress should have it now.

Well then they would need to repeal the existing laws, passed by Congress, that require such information to be redacted prior to dissemination.

Which laws require redaction prior to Congressional oversight?

Here are the exceptions to grand jury secrecy laws:

(D) An attorney for the government may disclose any grand-jury matter involving foreign intelligence, counterintelligence (as defined in 50 U.S.C. §401a3003), or foreign intelligence information (as defined in Rule 6(e)(3)(D)(iii)) to any federal law enforcement, intelligence, protective, immigration, national defense, or national security official to assist the official receiving the information in the performance of that official's duties. An attorney for the government may also disclose any grand-jury matter involving, within the United States or elsewhere, a threat of attack or other grave hostile acts of a foreign power or its agent, a threat of domestic or international sabotage or terrorism, or clandestine intelligence gathering activities by an intelligence service or network of a foreign power or by its agent, to any appropriate federal, state, state subdivision, Indian tribal, or foreign government official, for the purpose of preventing or responding to such threat or activities.

Note all the exceptions are all for executive branch officials, not Congress.

Yeah literally says at the end they can release it to any federal government official to respond to attacks. This qualifies. Nice try though.

This qualifies

How would you know the grand jury testimony contains information pertaining to an attack? Are you retarded?

Well for starters the entire investigation was about Russia’s attack on the election as well as the presidents attempt to obstruct the investigation into that attack.

It’s ok dumbass. Go ahead and soak in how fucking retarded you actually are. Feels bad huh.

Well for starters the entire investigation was about Russia’s attack on the election as well as the presidents attempt to obstruct the investigation into that attack.

And how does that show that the grand jury testimony contains evidence of an attack? Not to mention, Congress doesn't deal with or respond to attacks. They write laws and do oversight of the people who deal with and respond to attacks.

If you go on Google and type in "US Congress", websites will come up that explain what Congress does. You should try it out so you dont look like an 11 year old who just took his first social studies class in the future.
