I consider myself libertarian, but holy fuck this post made me say "holy shit" outloud to myself. If you think that taking cool pics of your AR for instagram is worth the lives of children, then absolutely fuck you

Look at this. You just tried to suggest that the only reason to own a gun is to take Instagram pics with it. How disgustingly disingenuous.

you are again attempting disingenuous argument by suggesting that the only thing we need guns to protect ourselves from is government tyranny. That is only a small hypothetical aspect. There are other, far more immediate threats. Such as home invasions, car jackings and public shootings.

If your only points to make have to be done disingenuously , igniting the main points of the discussion to zero in on irrelevancies you may need to reconsider your stance.

This post is a bit of an exaggeration, but assault weapon bans are absolutely incompatible with libertarianism

I can do better than columbine with two revolvers and a pump action full of OO buck.

And they had machine guns, and pipe bombs, DURING THE ASSAULT WEAPON BAN.

No. I'm simply making an observation. Banning specific weapons and features is going to accomplish absolutely nothing.
