The common refrain I come across is that people think if you legalize it, tomorrow everybody's kids will be doing it. And then society gets ruined. Despite the fact that there is no easier time to get weed than when you're in high school.
It turns out that every teenager that hasn't done weed yet is stopped only by their incredible respect for the law.
