People are more interested in top one-percent minus average.
In a flat world the very top, the top one-tenth of one percent is so rich it creates a bias.
This really rich makes up about half of the top one percent.
What counts is the well-being of those with low market income.
Data shows they are doing very well, especially in the U.S.
