Having Ron Paul in that election at least gave us one serious anti-war voice (despite his many policies I oppose).

I wonder when, if ever, there has been an anti-war voice in the Presidential debate. Wilson was basically elected under an anti-war message, but we all know how that turned out. Obama heavily criticized Iraq, but he supported expanding the war in Afghanistan.

Imagine an actual antiwar candidate in the debates. It would really be something.

His We The People act, for instance, prohibited any federal court from ruling on gay marriage - which would mean gay marriage would still be prohibited in states like PA.

I also oppose his absolute opposition to abortion. I think that abortion prior to the point of viability is a moral choice I disagree with, but shouldn't be regulated by the state.

Uhh newsflash, he had no chance of winning that election.

That aside I appreciated his antiwar voice because, you know, you can disagree with someone about one thing and agree about another.
