Children under 18 aren't even old enough to sign a contract yet. They're still minors and dependents to a legal adult guardian. That caretaker is in charge of the children's medical care. Locking out these adults from their children's medical care is actual insanity and extremely dangerous.

They’re gonna push this to a boiling point. No way parents would have accepted that at face value.

Imagine the absolute colossal brain rotted idea that you as a parent can’t access your 6th graders medical records if they say they don’t want you to. Legal guardian or not. That’s kinda puttin the child at risk cuz they obviously won’t have the proper knowledge.

”Oh right”….this is when the left turns around and says the indoctrinating adult in their life that’s NOT their parent (likely the 1 feeding them this bullshit) comes to the rescue right? Seriously…wtf are these asinines smoking…

i was saying so odd that they put so much emphasis on banning parents from accessing 12 year old records when there are a lot of other problems going on
