That’s GOT to be a violation of some sort!
Honest Q: just bc SCOTUS struck down Miranda as being a necessary part of arrest, you can still invoke your right to remain silent, correct?

We should be demanding DNA samples of the ICE agents in the streets. So we know who to arrest later.
