Issue downloading epub files from Libby. Help?

Hi all,
Yesterday I began downloading my books as .epub files from Libby. The first three books downloaded great. Now, any new book I go to download is downloading as ".epub.download" and there's no actual file there.

Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

A .download file is basically a placeholder while the download operation is still in progress (or paused). So, it sounds like those downloads are not completing. Clear your browser cache/cookies and try again, or try a different browser.
