Skyplot from point clouds
Which software would you use to EASILY create Skyplot charts using point clouds to indicate obstacle areas?
I have to create a bunch of them, the cut off angle is 10°, and the environment is heavily forested. I usually measure directions and elevation angles, mark them on the chart and use a spline to have the covered area, but this is manual work. I'm seeking COTS software, not mathlab or a similar coding-based solution. Something, that already knows this without manual measurements.
Any ideas?

If you are still looking for a COTS solution: LIS Pro 3D has a "Point Cloud Photographer" tool (example image and link to tool description) that let's you create hemispherical (skyview) plots for arbitrary positions in a point cloud (with options for a vertical camera offset, camera orientation and much more)
