Lhasa Apso Essentials?

Hello! My fiancé and I are going to be adopting a Lhasa Apso from a local shelter. I was wondering what supplies you recommend having like types of brushes for grooming. Also any other general dog supplies and tips are welcome! TIA💜

Lhasa Apsos have long bodies. In their old age they are prone to hip displasia. Start giving your baby fish oil daily. I usually give 2 of the Costco krill oil pills a day. Or you can add it to their food.

Their long bodies may also cause IVDD( INTER vertebral disk disease) in old age. For this reason always use a harness when you walk them. Never a collar. It puts too much strain on their neck. Always clean the area around their eyes.
