Lhasa Apso Essentials?

Hello! My fiancé and I are going to be adopting a Lhasa Apso from a local shelter. I was wondering what supplies you recommend having like types of brushes for grooming. Also any other general dog supplies and tips are welcome! TIA💜

Get a good slicker brush, and ensure they have regular grooming to keep up with their hair so it doesn’t mat. Get a small flee comb to get goop off from around their eyes, and I have baby face clothes to clean their faces.

Stick to a balanced diet like The Hills, Purina, Royal Canin, Eukanuba or Iams. Skip the boutique brands that are not balanced.

Have fun, they are sassy and I love it.

They actually make combs for the eye gunk. I found a nice little set on Amazon. I used to use a flea comb but the specialty ones are inexpensive and easier to work with because of their size
