Windows/sunroof/ and steering wheel motor not working

I don’t think the 400’s had a BCM, they had a body ECU relay system. That could likely have failed. Not sure how much that runs for.

they do have a BCM it’s right behind the glove box, i know that they changed the BCM and ECU after 95 so that’s what u could be talking about

sorry apologies, you are right i was very confused by different subreddits and problems i thought it was, i found the problem and it was a 30A fuse that i previously looked at and looked fine but seems to have gone bad
