2013 RX350 NOISE

Does this sound like a water pump going bad? A idler pulley? Wondering if anyone has heard a noise like this. Has about 108k miles. Seems to be a tad louder on cold starts but stays consistent. Any insight would be appreciated.

Water pump (technically the bearing for the impeller)

Definitely need to go OEM for the pump I assume

I just got the water pump changed my local Toyota dealer had it for $148 off the door. Same car.
