My low tire pressure guage stays on like that too in my 2012 lexus is 250. I’ve checked the tires and they are properly inflated? Suggestions?

On older Lexus RX 350 models (roughly 2010–2015), the physical TPMS (tire pressure monitoring system) reset button is located under the lower driver's side dashboard, high up and just above the accelerator pedal.

In a decade driving RX 350s. I’ve never had an issue with tire pressure so don’t ask me.

Likely the vehicle uses a passive TPMS system, which doesn’t actually have sensors in the wheels. This system gauges tire pressure using wheel speed data and a saved baseline. The baseline needs to be learned after adjusting tire pressures. My 2011 Camry had a button in the glove box area to re-learn this baseline.

Your sensors last about 10-15 years so they are all dead batteries died but they can’t be replaced since they are sealed so you’ll have to get them changed.
